Time is precious…

I want our time together to enhance the magic of the moments we are creating together. I look at it as the platonic threesome you never knew you wanted! My goal is to leave you feeling blissful, encouraged, stress-free and with some incredible images that help you relive those feelings every time you look at them. I am drawn to natural light and candid moments, however I will guide you and direct where needed, bring my flashes and lighting where warranted. Awkward in front of the camera? Guess what, same!!! I am the worst, so I know exactly how it feels and I am pretty fucking great at getting you out of your head and into the moment with me. I tend to focus more on prompts than posing, lots of movement and us chatting it up and exploring so we can really have a fun and more importantly authentic experience where you kinda forget we are even having a portrait session. 

My approach to wedding photography is pretty similar. I want to show up the day of your wedding and have you feel like Kassandra, your friend, is there, not a transactional business-only relationship. I am a big believer in authentic connections, in my personal and professional life. In my experience, most of my wedding clients end up as friends by the time we make it to their wedding day. It’s such a bonus and a gift for us both because that level of comfort allows my clients to truly be themselves and comfortable in front of my camera on their wedding day. The real emotions and vulnerability are palpable in a lot of my imagery due to my desire to cultivate these connections between us and have freakin fun while doing it.
