RETAINER:

An initial payment is due at the time of booking and will be applied to the final invoice if all session contract terms are met.

FINAL PAYMENT:

Final payment is due at or before the scheduled photo session. Photos will NOT be delivered until final payment has been received.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

Payment may be made in the form of cash, check, direct deposit, credit card. If a check is returned for non-payment, there will be an additional $75 fee due.

RESCHEDULING:

There will be a $100 rescheduling fee if session dates and/or times are changed. Session will be rescheduled as my time permits, within 3 weeks of original shoot date.

CANCELLATION:

Cancellation by client within 48 hours of scheduled shoot will result in forfeiture of initial payment.

LATE TO SESSION:

If you are late to your session, I reserve the right to use my own discretion regarding whether the session can be completed in a comprehensive and professional way in the time remaining. If you are MORE than 15 minutes late, I generally recommend rescheduling. There will be an additional $100 late & reschedule fee. It sounds harsh but, when we shoot with natural light, timing is EVERYTHING, and I do mean EVERYTHING. I always want the best product for my clients, and nature can be a helper or hinderance. Please be on time!

USAGE:

Along with your photos, you will receive a personal usage license which allows you to print and share on your Facebook/Instagram etc and make copies of your photos. All photos will remain copyright property of Kassandra Thomsen Photography.
